- Submit you order using our Order Form.You also can submit your order using sms by sms to 014-2292148 your NAME,ADDRESS,CONTACT NO,ITEM KOD/SIZE/NAME/COLOR,same goes if you order through email or on Facebook.
- Order without deposit only valid for 3 days.After that if we haven't receive any payment from you,we will cancel your order,kindly noted that.No booking@reservation without payment.
- Booking@reservation-maximum 1 month.Minimum RM25.00 is needed for booking for item worth RM50.00 and above and RM10.00 for item worth less than RM50.00.Wanna pay more for booking? That's up to you.If you cancel the booking,that money is not refundable and we will donate the money the needy.
- Settle you full payment through any payment method you choose.Please refer to our Payment Methods for more info on payment method.

Payment Methods
Western Union(Buyer outside Malaysia only)
- Fill in the Order Form,we will contact you as soon as possible.After payment made,we will transfer your payment into our local bank account which usually takes 3-5 days.After we get the payment into our local bank,we will send out your order on the next business day.
Cash deposit and fund transfer(Buyer within Malaysia)
- You can directly deposit cash or transfer funds to our Maybank and CIMB account.Our bank account number will be given after you submit the complete order through order form or sms regarding your order.

- Upon confirmation of your order and payment, we will send your order.Delivery time frame depends on your location.
Import duty and taxes
International
orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once
your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties
and taxes unpaid and we really cannot assume what your particular
charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be
settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local
customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. We will
declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside
Malaysia unless you advise us not to do so.We will stated your order as
"Clothes" upon fulfilling the shipping form.
Exchange and Refund Policies
- Item purchased not refundable.However you may exchange the item with other item within 5 days after the purchased date.
- For exchange,you may pick the different item to replace your order.You need to return back the item first(within 5 days),after we receive the item back(in good condition),we will send out the replacement item(both costs for returning and sending back the item will be bear by you).USE ONLY POS LAJU FOR RETURNING ITEM TO US.

- Exchanges only valid for a period of 5 days from receipt of delivery.
- We wont accept return or refund for the second time if you still do not satisfy with your order,please noted that.
- Strictly advise,please refer to the item descriptions and size chart before buying because GOODS SOLD ARE NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE.You may email or sms us if you have any doubt about the lingerie.

Cancellation
- Invoice(by Order Form/SMS/Private Message)only valid within 2 days from the date of issue. If we do not receive any payment within 2 days, we assume you cancel this transaction and we will sell the item to the next person in line.If you wish to book or make a reservation for the item,minimum booking fee is RM20.00 for lingerie and 50% from the price for any other items.Maximum time for booking is 1 month.
- If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us immediately at sexylicious.kawaii.shoppe@gmail.com
- Orders cannot be cancel once they were paid or send out for delivery.
